So the reports are true, the Dinger likes to yell, but his
players respected him and say that they think he made them better
players.
Justin McCareins (Jets WR & Former Titan):

is the first word I'd use,” McCareins said. “You're not dealing with
someone who's afraid to take some risks. Game to game, he always had
new things, match-ups we could take advantage of. If he saw weaknesses,
he had no problem throwing the ball down the field.”
Billy Volek (Titans Backup QB):
“We
were missing six or seven guys and playing with what some people might
call scrubs and we still put up some amazing numbers. He does his
homework and does a good job of relating it to the players.”
Wow,
this is great to hear. Although I had some general sense about what the
Jets were getting, it is great to hear the comments of players.
Apparently Heimerdinger signed a three year deal, worth $3 Million.
Herm has always been one to let his folks interview for better
jobs, but will his new baby be the exception to the rule? If they are
going to pay him that much, I would expect so. Do you think that the
Jets be able to keep him if he becomes a commodity next year? What do
