The Florham Park Jets

It's official, the Jets are now moving to Florham Park, according to USA Today (bottom of page). Not that you care, but that is a short trip from where I lived as a tot, Whippany.

    Every year I make the pilgrimage to Hofstra to what the Jets practice. Having moved to NJ 7 years ago, the trip added to the phrase 'long suffering Jet fan'. Last year it took over 4 hours just to get home. This is another one of off season moves that make me feel that the team is going in the right direction.

    Now if they would just change their name to the New Jersey Jets they could have a real identity that would probably gain some local loyalty
