All Yoga Secondary?

Looks like third year Safety Eric Coleman has taken up yoga a few months ago, adding him to the list (Barrett & Dyson) of Jets defensive backs who have seen the benefits of yoga in their conditioning. Says Coleman on the Jets official site:

“It really helps with my flexibility. It teaches me how to just calm down and to breathe better and get the oxygen to the muscles so I don’t get tired as quickly.”

I don't know if we are going to see any players going Dhalsim on us, but this conditioning can't hurt!
