If anyone has question marks about the QB situation it would be the Dolphins who are getting a banged up Dante Culpepper. Of course being the former WR that he is, he drools at the notion of Chris Chambers raising his level of play a las Randy Moss with a (if healthy) Dante at the helm. I guess I'm biased but I would not put Ramsey or Pennington out of the realm of having a good year based on their past perfomrnaces if healthy in a good system. I know that's alot of IFs but hey a fan can dream. That's what the off-season is for, is it not? I have a feeling the entire AFC East may not be as good as it has been in the last 5 years.
