In fact, the in just the last ten years major advances in the size and severity of the incision needed to complete the surgery have resulted in significantly lower incidence of deltoid degeneration.
Yes, he&#039;s got a rough road.  But comparing someone who had two surgeries in the late 80&#039;s/early 90&#039;s isn&#039;t exactly apples to apples.  Everyone whose read my past posts knows I&#039;m really pulling for Penny.  I think he can pull it off.</description>

		<description>I went to training camp yesterday and I have to say that nobody (quarterback) stood out.  Chad&#039;s looked composed but there was little velocity on the ball.  Ramsey missed open receivers, Clemens was OK.  Bollinger looked good but not starting quarterback good.  The most impressive player on the field was Ben Graham.  Leon Washington looked slippery and should make the team.  I was surprised with the 2 1/2 hour practice.  My prediction is 8-8 this year.</description>
