		<description>The posts from Matt at New Era have been great -- excellent insight to the little things that make up a good football player. It&#039;s not always who can run the fastest or throw the farthest. Many different aspects, including physical traits that aren&#039;t always obvious (like footwork) as well as being able to understand the game while it&#039;s unfolding in front of them (i.e. &quot;reading&quot; defenses, &quot;running to daylight&quot;), figure into the total package.
