McCareins agent told Nashville’s The City Paper that he thinks McCareins will be staying in Hempstead for now.
“I think the Jets may have decided to keep him now,” McCareins’ agent Cliff Brady said. McCareins, according to reports, has performed well during the Jets OTAs.
We’ll see if this is just part of Tannenbaum’s plan. If the depth chart plays out as follows: Coles, Cotchery, McCareins, Dwight, Smith & Stuckey (non-activated initially), that could be a pretty good mix of receiving talent.
