Time for KVO to go?

The first axe has fallen, as according to NFL.com’s Adam Schefter, the Jets will be releasing defensive tackle Kimo von Oehloffen. (Last item on the page; thanks to Will for the link.)

KVO, a 13-year vet, started all 16 games last season for the Jets after being signed as a free agent from the Pittsburgh Steelers. More cuts as they’re announced.

  1. Kimo has been a good “team guy” but he just can’t help us.
    Good luck Kimo……….

  2. I like Kimo, he help us last year a lot with the missing John Abraham who was our guy but kimo was a good replacement and now we have byan Thomas who broke recently and will do good, hopefully with Eills they will be a duo get 30 sacks together. Which would be nice and have david harris as our runstopper.

  3. FINALLY

  4. Guess I should have cut Kimo instead of Ventrone.
