Mangini on Special Teams
Mangini had commented on some of the special teams play last Sunday. It’s easy to remember Leon’s excellent returns, but what about some of those tricky snaps, missed kick and bad punt?
“We had the 28¬yard punt and also had the play right before the half where we missed a tackle pretty much in the punter returner’s face and then they get a much longer return than they should have. Snapping has been a strength of ours. We had a couple of snaps that weren’t where we wanted them to be.”
Blames everyone but himself.
Throwing players under the bus, except of course for Teflon Chad.
