		<description>that clemens &quot;no vote of confidence&quot; story is a strange piece.  it starts out saying it&#039;s not a good sign mangini has not inserted him yet -- but then shows the practical reasoning of why mangini hasn&#039;t made the change yet (the gravity and finality of the decision, etc...), almost arguing against the whole premise of the piece (vote of no confidence).  which is it?</description>
