Buzz: Is Pace a Playmaker?
Matt Mosley, who knows a thing or two about having fun with his job, writes a post about the Jets offseason thus far on Hashmarks. *Plot spoiler* … Matt’s optimistic but not effusive.
Mosley runs through a number of the moves the Jets have made, but made us take notice when we read this:
I poked fun at the enormous contract the Jets gave former Cardinals linebacker Calvin Pace (and will continue to do so), but an NFC offensive line coach who had to prepare for Pace recently called him a “major matchup problem.” The coach said Pace constantly found a way to make plays, so maybe we should give the guy a chance.
An opposing coach called him a playmaker? I’ll take that. Should be interesting to see how he does in New York, and if his presence will help benefit BT and vice versa.

well its about dam time some1 wrote something positive about 1 of our pickups…let me join every1else in trying to remain positive that BT’s game will get better becuz of pace and jenkins…jets my thoughts…
Dakar – trying 2 hard 2 b cooler than every1 else? Seriously…
BT will be better now that he can switch back to the other side…
If you watched any AZ games this year you knew who Calvin Pace was, end of story.
Speaking of stories, I loathe Peter King but he came up with a serious gem this week:

He honors the men who defend our great country. Good stuff yo!
