Media Not Allowed To Watch Boring Practice

Earlier I had noted that the media would be on hand today at Hofstra … not so.

The media isn’t attending the workout sessions today in Hempstead, so it’s hard to know what news will in fact leak out. Here’s what I do know, players were broken up into three groupings for their first day activities. Our “spies” tell us the groupings were as follows:

  1. Overpaid newcomers that the national media think aren’t going to improve this team
  2. Existing Jet players excited about a better team
  3. Trade-bait

Trust me, the local media are working hard to find out who was there and who wasn’t. We’ll know shortly after they do, I’m sure.

    Well, we know that Coles had no plans on getting to this and if D-Rob didn’t go who would blame him?? Both will probably be playing somewhere else next yr
