If the NFL had reduced the number of guys to six the last two years, Quinn and Rodgers would still have been there. I mean, look at the teams last year (Miami, Minnesota ...) who (seemingly) desperately needed a QB last year and passed on Quinn, who seemed to be an equal, if not better, prospect.
