Junk Drawer: Thoughts During the Trip Down

Junk drawer thoughts this evening … I was trying to Twitter in the car, but I seem to have broken my Twitterer …

  • Out of left field, but ESPN Boston played a clip of Rich Cimini getting whacked at some point in the past on the radio by local beat reporter, Joe Haggerty … Haggerty called him “out to lunch.” Credit Cimini, he took the high road.
  • I heard that the reports on the offer for Chad Johnson were unfounded, by the Bengals … not sure if I believe it … but if Mortensen got something wrong I would be shocked!
  • Driving down and getting into range of WFAN’s Professor Frink Steve Somers, is always a treat. Dude knows his sports, but Glaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa-ven!!

    according to nfl total access…cinci rejected the 2 1st rounders offer from washington for chad johnson… cinci said chad will play for them in 08 or he wont play at all…but then again you never know…
