Also, Bassett: you might want to be more careful in how you portray Benson here. The guy was in a scary situation, getting pepper sprayed and was asking his Mom nearby for help. Totally natural reaction regardless of age. If Benson was drunk, at legal fault and not cooperating with the police then he deserved the police's harshness. But we don't know all the facts yet.
