He really hasn't had a great season since 2004. Even in 2006 he started to make a lot of bad decisions and throw bad interceptions. He's always injured! Yes you really can't help getting injured but staying on the field is part of being a great player. He's been a great team player but a very good QB at best. I have been against them bringing back Chad since the end of the season. I was never a HUGE Favre supporter but the best part of this deal was not having to worry about playing Chad ever again! He was good for us but its the business of football where you have to move forward- look what happened when we let Curtis just fall apart without a back up plan. I am a fan of the Jets- not individual players. I'd be willing to bet that at least 95% of other teams defenses would rather gameplan against Chad than Brett. The only team who was really interested in him was the Dolphins! The Vikings are supposedly a good QB away from being a superbowl team but they didn't even think about it!
