The D looks much improved, Jenk and Pace have a sack each, and they’re stopping the run.
The O needs some work.
Favre has made some throws already thet CP could never make.
Don’t let Coles hear you say that.
Off. looked sloppy with penalties, but better to get the rust off now than in week one. I thought the defense looked excellent in the first half, Pace and Jenks looked like beasts out there.
I’m really happy with the game, the D looked much improved and the O while a bit sloppy has that big play potential with Favre behind center. Overall, a good game and reason to be optimistic.
We had 8 sacks to the Giants 2. Clemens looked good and seems to have reestablished himself as the # 2, however, Ratliff is impressive.
I can’t wait for the season to start.
The Jets D looked great, Pace and Jenkins were impressive, and everyone else looked good. The Offense stalled but uncharacteristic penalties cost favre 2 completions for 78 yards and a TD. With there soft schedule the Jets should win 10-12 games.
well , well , well. Can it be that we just might have a pass rush to go with our O. Didnt we have 8 sacks all of last year. lol. i know its preseason but for us to put pressure on the qb makes me even more of a believer that we just might shock the world and be in Tampa. Does anyone disagree when i say looks like Catchery will be bretts guy. The penaltys killed us because 12 for 77 yards is pretty bad. I am sooo excited for us this year. I think Brett has done a great job in his first 2 preseason games and ill say it again , will have on of his best seasons as a future hall of fame qb.
Defense really impressed tonight! Jenkins looks like just what the doctor ordered and Pace has been a pleasant surprise out there. He looks like a big, stout, mean, enthusiastic pass rusher.
Favre looked good out there. His arm is incredible. My only gripe is the fact that Thomas Jones appears to be completely washed up. Leon Washington is the far superior player at this point. START HIM!
Coles who! jk. he will be huge for us when he gets back.
I hate living in Philly at the moment… I have to wait until 4PM tomorrow to catch the replay of this game on NFL TV.

I really don’t understand why this game wasn’t broadcast in Connecticut. For some reason, local CBS here got the Minnesota-Pittsburgh game.
