PAT D,i was basically just saying as much as HARRIS,BARTON,ELLIS play in any REGULAR SEASON GAME is the amount VERNON should play!thats all i was saying…OBVIOUSLY i DIDNT mean EVERY DOWN of EVERY QUATER….i didnt think i had to explain THAT to everyone. you say GIVE him a BREAK?? YOUR the SIXTH overall pick,show us SOMETHING!!?? i think he finished with THREE TACKLES…YOUR RIGHT I’ll give him a break.

yeah i agree, on favres first play as a jet, when he got sacked and his shoulder pads came out i could swear they still say packers on them

also favre has to get rid of the little yellow thing by his chest pads someone spray paint it gree. Can we not think of our QB as a packer atleast when the game is goin on?

Vernons gotta show us something man. The position change IS NOT AN EXCUSE ANYMORE. no one is complaining about him blowing coverages or anything like that….when hes asked to rush the QB he needs to do that, thats no different than it was in college he just needs to show that he can do it at this level thats all. hopefully hel be able to show something against Justice who gave up 6 to umenyiora last yr. If gholston can get 1/6th of that then that wud be nice to see.

I enjoy the preseason too. But the sad fact is that most teams have already made up their mind who is making the team. Depending on what round the player was drafted, the players salary etc. One exception to this has been the Pats.
