Kris Jenkins Not Exactly an Eager Air Traveller

Apparently, Kris Jenkins admitted to reporters yesterday that he’s not a huge fan of hurtling through the air at hundreds of miles an hour, 35,000 feet over the earth in a metal tube. Apparently Jenkins was speaking in a good mood about the subject, and with a father in Hawaii, he’s not afraid enough to stay home, but it’s clearly something he’d rather do without.

“I’m scared of heights. I’m not meant to be up there. I’m in an aluminum tube 35,000 feet in the air and you just want me to be content with it? No.

“There is like no room for error on that thing. If that thing goes down, what are you going do, hit the emergency brake? You’re in trouble. So that’s why I don’t like it. I used to be claustrophobic when I was a kid. I kind of got over that, but I just don’t like being in a tube that high in the air, man.”

Some suggestions for Kris …

One, have some friends try to calm you down.

Two, although we know he won’t willingly (he said as much) take a sedative, maybe Kerry Rhodes can slip one in his milk … just like they did on A-Team with B.A. Baracus.

  1. My fave was when they drugged Murdock’s sandwich anticipating that B.A. would only trust Murdock’s sandwich. Who would drug the pilot’s sandwich anyway? Crafty Hannibal crafty. Don’t you love it when a plan comes together?
