We thought they would be 1-2 BEFORE BRETT FAVRE. With Favre we all thought there was a chance of going 3-0, maybe 2-1. The coaching staff has turned this team into a joke. MANGINI MUST GO!!!

Smizz, I can remember being told I wasn't a Jets fan because I wanted to "take the under".

Gholston's right on course. It was good to see him get involved against a decent team. He also had one hit on Phillip Rivers, which may have led the team.

Without Jenkins we are doomed! Pouha was getting blown back almost every play!

Is it just me or does Thomas Jones take as many steps sideways as foward? To much dancing to the hole!

As I mentioned after the first pre-season game watching Gholston live- he has no exlosiveness! I don't care if he is learning- he looks like he is just going through the motions- not impressed!

Sorry to be so negative- but I'm just fustrated as I know you are.

Don't get too excited over the WRs numbers...they came when SD was playing soft and 90% of them were underneath throws, LC's lack of effort on the Cromartie pick and run-back was discraceful, but afer all, it was interference to begin with...the real discrace of the running game is that Leon had an awesome camp and they are not getting him into the mix...he is a playmaker and he needs carries and more passing plays, 1 carry last night is flat out poor game planning...that would help the abismal 3rd down efficiency we had...Devito, Puoha and Ellis in the middle looked awful (enough said)...don't get down on Lowery, the TD pass in the corner was played extremely well, that was just an awesome throw dropped right in over the top, he actually missed breaking ti up by a inch...there has to be a better answer than Eric Smith...overall, this team is taking steps backwards...Favre and the receivers are making more and more mistakes as time goes on, as opposed to improving...last night also confirmed that big WRs and speedy WRs are the answer to a good passing game, not smaller slower guys that can't stretch the field. We may have a QB with a cannon, but what good is it unless we have WR who can get downfield? I never thought I would say this, but we need Clowney back, just so we can take some shots ...last night was sickening!

Remember when people were saying Gholston would get 8-10 sacks this year? Apparently he had played like 45 plays this season until he got his first TACKLE, last night.

2 and 2 being a good start was based upon playing a Brady led Patriots and a 2-0 Chargers. While one can argue that the Chargers are the same team as expected, once cannot say that about the Patriots as the Dolphins have shown.

While I agree with the sentiments that its too early for doom and gloom, I do think it takes alot of cool aid drinking to beleive that this is a playoff team or even headed in the right direction.
