Two weeks ago Eric Man-definitely not-genius tried to run the ball in three times on 1st and goal without success. We the fans gave him hell for that, we said it was too conservative.

This past week they went for an onside kick when down 3 points in the second. Not only did they not recover, they then let the chargers in the end zone. They were then down 10 and never recovered.

We've spent too much money and have too much talent to not be able to line up and challenge any team in the league without trick plays.

I have to admit, at this point I have no confidence in Mangini or Tannenbaum. I'm still upset about them blowing our season last year with Kendall. Let's not forget that Kendall and Pennington both took voluntary pay cuts so that the front office could buy more talent. It's rare for athletes to do things like this, and it's pretty easy to see why.
Honestly, Jets Management are a bunch of clowns. And Favre was brought in to sell tickets. At the end of the year lets see who has the better season, Favre or Chad.
Everyone knows that in his million years playing Favre has never come back to win when playing down from 14, I think that's telling.

Kewpie to The Ed for succinctly and precisely identifying the elephant in the room.

I thought we sent playing not to lose out with Herm. Sutton and recently Eric have the same disease.

Nuthin worse than losing than losing because of this.

Now we are in more of a must win game than last week. Monday night would have been gravy but this game is big. Even if the offense is in transition we have to be able to beat a decent Arizona team at home. Arizona is not a good road team and we have to survive and win this game. Get to 2-2 and make our run. As to Pace...they wanted to sign him but.......it's the Cardinals. Their managment is a joke and they let a beast walk to sign WR's to huge contacts??

I think signing Pace was one of the JETS better moves in the off season. However, when will Sutton and Mangini turn him loose? We are not using his skills properly. The JETS are playing the games not to lose, instead of attacking and playing to win.
