THE JETS SHOULD LOOK INTO PICKING UP CB DEANGELO HALL!!!!!!!! WE NEED HELP IN THE SECONDARY AND HE WOULD COMPLEMENT REVIS VERY NICELY!!!!!!!!!!!! GO JETS!!!!!
Jay,
My friend he is not a shutdown corner like Revis and he has had issues before with his attitude as he loves to trash talk even when he is beaten look what happened when we threw to his side other than FARVE’S picks. He is simply not Mangini’s type of guy. If we get him then what will happen is that we force Lowery to stop his growing at the cornerback position. He needs to grow there. Be patient.
FIRST of all I am NOT happy with this talk of the J-E-T-S game NEXT thursday(even if I myself am sooooo looking forward to it,MAN we OWE them one!)because we absolutely have a “TRAP” game THIS weekend so ALL the focus should be on the RAMS! I AGREE about DeAngelo Hall,to me he is the most OVERRATED corner in the league. We dont need anyone else taking “STUPID” penalties ALL game long AND getting burnt too! If Im not mistaken I heard in the offseason that the GIANTS were trying to get him so maybe they’ll pick him up.
The Jets/Bills game is on NFL Replay tonight at 8pm.
If I were going to take a risk on a discarded Raider player it would probably be Javon Walker before Hall. Doubt the Jets cap would accommodate him and he and Favre have had issues but also some great success. Maybe they could kiss and make up over their mutual problems with Ted Thompson and provide the big, fast WR the Jets lack. I’d probably pass but the idea is intriguing.
