As much of a disappointment that Miller had been, i kind of wish they didn't just cut him. He's still got potential as a CB and has a probowl under his belt - why not IR clowney, who apparently is never going to play, to open a roster spot. then, we could have traded miller for draft pick in the offseason.

Lowery has been getting rookie calls. Law won't...except he probably will because we ARE playing in New England. Nice theory though.

Anyone notice that Revis played the slot WR in some Rams sets? My guess is that we may see Revis cover Welker, double coverage on Moss, Law play the TE and Lowery/Poteat/Coleman play the 2nd WR...this would force Cassell to recognize the single coverage and it takes away his top 3 options.

This move, and all the agressiveness in the pass rush, is made possible by Jenkins.

It seemed in jest when Revis said ihaving Jenkins is like having two guys in there, but its true. Where you needed a LB to help fill the gap last year, now you have one more player free on the field this year. He can rush, or he can be another DB. #77 is the difference this year.

miller was a subpar corner, and his return role has been filled by leon on special teams. law brings his veteran savvy to the defense, and an up and comer like elam can learn alot from him. He knows the jets system, and has an opportunity to get back at belichick. im not going get my hopes up though and say the s word. favre will be favre in the playoffs. lets just hope that we escape with a win thursday no matter what.
