Ty Law Practices … Wears #22

Jane McManus notes on her blog that Ty Law practiced today and was wearing #22, gladhanding his new teammates and dishing about Mangini’s days back in Foxborough.
Ty Law was in his No. 22 Jets uniform before practice this morning … Revis, who wears Law’s #24, said the newcomer didn’t ask for the number (and probably wouldn’t have gotten it). So Law will go with a number he wore in college.
So there must have been some sort of misunderstanding with Schefter. I didn’t expect that Revis (or Reebok) would let him switch.
looks like all you guys with a Revis jersery are safe from having to burn their revis jersey,
I like bringing him into the fold. Aside from what he might be able to provide in the DB (a smart, tough defender) he might really help pyschologically this week. Lets face it, the Pats are in our head. Bringing in the brash, energetic Law on a Tuesday in a short week will hopefully take some attention away from our recent woes against the Pats.
I wonder how much of a say Jesse Chatman had in giving up his number.
Yeah but Justin Miller will be a Pat.
