The Jets are actually 5-3 in conference, with losses to NE, SD, and Oak. We will need to finish with a better record than Pittsburgh to get the bye.

Titans play everyone close, we should be in this game to the end, they have been winning by making a few more plays then the opposition.
The only thing that scares me is the Titans do have that swagger. They have that "refuse to lose" mentality. They scracth and claw on every play. If we can match that, on talent alone we match up pretty well with them.

This game will be won or lost in the trenches. The Titans maul teams on both sides of the ball. Hopefully DE Vandenbosch stays on the sidelines. The RB that worries me is not White, but Chris Johnson, who is a major problem if he gets in space. I wouldn't be surprised to see him as a primary receiver, along with TE Scaife. It's really key that we get an early lead, take the crowd out of it and make them throw.

I think the Titans are very beatable and the Jets match up well against them. At the same time the titans have this swagger about them and always seem to win their games.,..

JETS need to walk with their swagger to win this....

The TItans are certainly not insurmountable. The Jets run D needs to play well. With Jenkins in the middle they need to stop that fat @#$%$# Lendale White. Defense needs to put COllins on his back all day. The offense needs a big game from the workhorse Thomas Jones adn for FAvre not to throw those hasty picks he is so capable of. If the Jets can play relatively mistake free by not losing the ball, they have a great shot at handing Tennesse their first loss. Like their chances at home a lot better. Hopefully they can pull it out.
