Off topic slightly, but did anyone else see Kris Jenkins on ESPN’s NFL Live last night? He didn’t have a ton of insight, but this comment about Favre caught my attention, “He’s [Favre] the oldest 12 year old I’ve ever met.” I wonder if Favre caught that?

can everyone please be happy about what is happening right NOW….i mean its week 10 and we are seriously in this thing…..ya make it sound like we’ve been winning superbowls the last couple of decades!!!! favre’s right lets just win now and whatever happens happens….BE HAPPY PEOPLE WE ARE ALMOST THERE!!!!!!…and remember what i said in the preseason that it took moses 40 years and 40 days to reach the promised land and if the jets get to the superbowl it would be 40 years and 26 days ….close enough in my book ….THIS YEAR IS RELIGIOUS I TELL YA….GO JETS!!!!!!!!!!!!

He is just playing smart about not commitimg himself to comming back. This stuff about the Jets may not want him back is pure BS. It has been clear from the first day that the Jets have wanted a two year commitment from him and HE, not us, turned it down.

Can we PLEASE stop any further comments on Brett’s retirement! As a long time Packer fan, I can tell you that he changes his mind from day to day. He is not flip-flopping, he is just being very honest. He really thinks that the Jets may not want him back either, so he is not going to commit. Let’s just enjoy the ride and hope it takes us to the playoffs.
