I don't think you get rid of a good blocking TE, unless you have a replacement in mind?

Baker has essentially blown his career this year. His disastrous attempt to use the Pete Kendall situation to leverage a renegotiation could not have backfired more. He basically separated himself from the program with his ill-timed whining and has not been able to find his way back in. Between his missed block for a strip-sack score and couple of untimely drops, he's engendered no confidence from a QB known for providing TE's with personal highlight reels. Throw in Keller's emergence and it would appear his Jet days are numbered just as his market value has plummeted.

With a lot of passing yardage and with the Jets giving up a lot, the Broncos may be a tougher matchup than some people think. It will take a bunch of points from our offense to sew this one up. Something like 35-40 pts.

We should be able to dominate the trenches here, which is really what wins games. When we establish the run, then we are able to kick in the play-action. I see a huge day for TJ and Catch-ery who by the way has not dropped a pass all season!!

imagine Favre has completed 70% of his passes all season, now he plays a team that allows 69.9% completion, and Favre just finished playing the best pass-defense in the lague! In DVOA Favre was the best of all QB's last week.

Now lets run it down their throats!! I expect Scheffler to be a big target for them in this game, but the other receivers will be shut-out
