TJB Wishes You a Happy Thanksgiving!

“Gratefulness is the key to a happy life that we hold in our hands, because if we are not grateful, then no matter how much we have we will not be happy — because we will always want to have something else or something more.”

– David Steindl-Rast

When it comes to the Jets, there’s a lot for which to be thankful. When it comes to the economy and other things we know that this isn’t the easiest year in that regard. TJB wants to take the time to wish a very happy Thanksgiving to everyone who reads this blog. Football is great, but pausing to be thankful for family, friends and all our many blessings is even better.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all!

Here’s just a few things that I am thankful for on this Thanksgiving.

  • I’m thankful for Kris Jenkins’ utter dominance
  • I’m thankful Jinx slimmed down thanks to truffle oil egg white omellettes
  • I’m thankful for Dustin Keller’s OT versus the Patriots
  • I’m thankful that Coles is his old self
  • I’m thankful we saw signs of life against Arizona, and that it came together just a few weeks later
  • I’m thankful that guys like Rhodes, Revis, Harris, Ellis, Washington and Cotchery are the team’s leaders, as opposed to freakshows like Dallas

Add your list of things you are thankful for Jets-related or otherwise in the comments!
