Eric Barton: Motivational Speaker
God bless Kris Jenkins. The man is always good for a quote. When talking this week with JP Pelzman for an article about Eric Barton Kris Jenkins had this to say about his old Terrapin teammate.
“As much as you want to try to guess what he’s going to say, he’s always going to surprise you. And that’s just how he is. He’s been like that since college.”
Jenkins declined to give any examples of Barton’s college high-jinks, saying they would be “too graphic,” but he did offer this insight into his behavior.
Jenkins said, “Barton has actually calmed down a lot. … The closest explanation of what college was like is he was the athletic Chris Farley in real life, without the drugs.”

I know the ILB rotation is trying, but for heaven’s sake we need #52 back in action. We can’t rely on #96, #53, and #57 all the time. They have larger roles on special teams that are a key to the O’Dea/Westhoff scheme.
Eric Barton is THE MAN!
He’s always there for the late hit when your need to give your opponents an extra 15 yards.
