Ever since week 4, I expected every hit Eric Smith delivered to be totally devastating. Oh, well.
BigKatFan … I think the problem is that you assume Eric Smith meant to make the hit he did on Boldin in the first place … :)
I have a theory about Smith. Smith is consistently in the wrong place at the wrong time, so his collision wasn’t that he was trying to jack anyone up, but rather that he (like always) had no idea what he was doing, and instead of manifesting itself in him falling down and someone scoring a touchdown on the Jets, he accidentally hit a player. :)
Doesn’t Favre need more practice, not less?
