jets and ravens now 4pm….pats still 1pm.
oh…and mangini is still coaching like a scared girl.
2 of the biggest calls of the season….4th and 2 vs niners on opening drive, and yesterdays 4th and inches on the 2…..and he coached like a bitch both times. (sorry but its the only word that applies)
he coached to “stay in the game” on the opening drive of both games…….against teams that were a combined 7-20 at the time.
quite the woman…..sorry guys…but a day later its even more frustrating…..and the players feel the same way.
I am sorry, you have the best RB in the AFC getting 4,5,6 yds a clip and on 4 and 1 u go for thr FG instead of making a statement by going for it and gettting the 7. Then he only carries it for a total of 17 times. They played this game like it was 75 degrees instead of the crappy weather there. Morris rushed it for a total of 29 time more then the Jets total for the game between T.J., T.R. L.W.. Stop with the West coast excuses, the Bill, Chiefs and Chargers cam to play and 2 of the 3 have nutin to play for.
Other than Parcells, the Jets haven’t had a Coach who has coached to win rather than not to lose in the past 25 years.
right on KD…..right on…..
my post about the 49′ers opening drive and yesterdays prove mangini lost his confidence and also made the players feel like he had no confidence in them.
to make those 2 calls against teams that were a combined 7 and 20 is beyond pathetic
klecko71,
You know damn well that Belichick and Parcells would’ve gone for it in both situation. Hell, Miami went for it on 4th and 1 from the 5 up by three late in the first half. It failed and KC went 95 yards in 5 or 6 plays to score a TD but it showed that Sporano had faith in his team and was playing to win.
