Daboll and Henderson would go to the Browns and work for Eric. The quality control coaches are no big deal. Callahan is under contract and i can’t see Westhoff going. Mazzone i read is looking at a college position. O’Dea i think will not be working for either team. Cox i hope stays with the Jets. Its important they keep Alosi he has done a good job. Lyle i could see going. Raye is an excellent RB’s coach and the Jets need to keep him and i think they will if the new HC wants him.Quinn is under contract. Herrmann and Devlin could go Eric hired both of them.
Mangini can take the lot of them to Cleveland. Losing Sutton and Schottenheimer? Addition by subtraction.
He still needs to get the job first. We don’t need to be worried about this. We need a coach and a QB teh rest will sort itself out.
Ira, nice post, how do we know that Callahan is under contract ? also how do feel about Quinn at DL coach
Trusnik is a kick-A linebacker. he’s more powerful than chuck norris
It was nice to see JT flash in the Miami game, but he did get snarled up in traffic a few times on runs to the outside.
Still, he has made a promising conversion from pass rusher to inside backer and will hopefully be another low-cost contributor to the cause next year, as the likes of Devito, Hunter, Turner, Mosley and a few others were this year. Most of them will probably never be a starter but you need reliable guys like these to fill out your roster.
JetOrange, Cimini said that Callahan is under contract on his blog yesterday:

Thanks Bent, Callahan would be great with Mangini,IMO a good match of styles. Loss for the Jets, the improvement of theOL was significant, sure , they added talent but Brick,Mangold and Moore all played better.
