Jets Decline to Comment on Harbaugh

After NFP reported that the Jets potentially interviewed Jim Harbaugh on their trip out west, the Jets have declined to comment on whether they have or haven’t interviewed the Stanford Head Coach and former NFL Quarterback.
This is consistent with their pattern of not commenting on any collegiate coaches they might be talking to, especially with the recruiting stakes involved. After Jags getting axed due to his interview with the Jets, the last things the Jets want to do is get someone else in trouble.

That;s interesting. By not denying the rumor, obviously it means it’s true. If they didn’t interview him they would say they haven’t so they don’t get him in trouble at Stanford. I don’t think he is a factor unless the Jets lose out on Rex and Spags.
