We Jets fans might be tasteless hooligans. But at least we’re tasteless hooligans who are smart enough to not post up close up videos of our crimes online … I mean … come on .. this is 101 material people …
What I can’t understand is the more I watch the video … are these people destroying their own cars that were previously destroyed? My brain hurts from trying to get into the head of a Giant fan … somebody please help me …

BC hired SPAZ to the the head coach. Really was the only hiring that made sense in light of AD’s public stance regarding continuity and commitment. SPAZ has been there seemingly forever and isn’t going anywhere. Though it is troublesome that JAGS was the choice over him just two years ago and now SPAZ is the head coach.

I know the real story due to people I know that tailgate in that exact location!! The rich **** driving the Porsche parked over hot coals and his car proceeded to burn while he was in the game. This also caused the cars on either side of the porsche to catch fire. When the dude came out he was pissed because he was issued tickets and what not. He called a cab and then threw his keys at the people who owned the car next to him and said you deal with it. So they proceeded to hit the retarded’s porsche with the bat. By the video you really see how pissed off the guys were! :rofl:

this post is the dumbest post i’ve seen on here wah!! people got pissed because the fans were chanting “show your ****” i mean i love seeing some public nudity and miss my spring break years in various spring break spots but seriously if and when i ever make it to a football game i’m with my kids and do i really want my daughter to have to deal with that crap ..my son it doesn’t matter but my lil girl doesn’t need to be subjected to that crap

But if you were a statistics person, McNabb’s career rating is an 86. Elisha Manning’s best ever year, this year, he was rated an 86 (he has a 76 career QB rating). So McNabb’s career has been as good as Elisha’s best year!
I used to actually proactively root for the Giants even though I have always been a huge JETS fan. However, ever since Elisha thought he deserved to be able to choose his own team while all the other draft picks have to play by the rules … I’ve had a very tough time rooting for them (except in the Super Bowl, of course … I thank you for that Elisha!).
kj, I don’t think many posts on this blog ever deal with the Giants, except for last season when the majority of Jets fans were happy that the Giants beat the Pats and ruined their chance for a perfect season. Also, I don’t think you “got” the import of Bassett’s post. There is a false press perception, exacerbated by the Gate D fiasco, that Jets fans are more boorish than Giants fans. The true facts, however, are different. It was Giants fans who assaulted another team and injured one of their coaches with ice balls and these fans were clearly inebriated and destructive. The fact is that Giants fans are no more “classy” than Jets fans…and that’s the point that Bassett was conveying.

Jets fans are embarassing. I’m a die hard Jets fan and have bene to at least 1 game every year the past 6 years…and I’m 23. This year I went to the rain-soaked Denver game with my dad and we were embarassed at how people acted. The parking lot was left a complete mess and there were an enormous amount of drunken idiots who clearly weren’t there to enjoy a game of football, just looking for an excuse to get stupid drunk and ruin the atmosphere for everyone around. I was at first against PSL’s but now I’m for it and hope the high prices for seats get some of the slums out of the stadium. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a young guy who doesnt mind ahving a few drinks but when you act the way Jets fans do and ruin the atmosphere its too far. Going to a football game on a Sunday doesn’t give you an excuse to be beyond obnoxious, rude and embarassing. And not to mention cheering when guys get hurt. Grow up Jets fans.

The England soccer team where playing in some tournament or other and after they lost, the genius patrons of my workplace decided to go out to the car park and trash all the cars, becasue they where pissed up and angry (about a soccer match!).
Of course, the only problem was, all the cars in the pub car park where their own cars…..
