And I do believe in Rex. BUT I think it's vary strange about how we keep going away from proven winning coaches. And keep scoping the unprovens. Is Tannenbaum afriad? But I think we will see that Tannenbaum will eventually not be the man for our organization. Gruden may not be the answer. And I do believe in Rex. Some people are better coordinators than head coach. Gruden is one of those people. I wouldn't mind Gruden coming in as Offensive Coordinator if young schotty decides to bolt. I think the head coach experiencing albeit unsuccessful HC experience can be valuable. Gruden would make the running game the focus of the offense with an occassional down field throw to keep the defense honest. In the draft, I think we should trade down unless someone like, Rey Maualuga or a Vontae Davis falls to us. I think 2nd picks are the prime picks in this draft.
