		<description>nice find--i&#039;ve been wondering about the qb coach.  though given his track record as OC in balt, i&#039;m not sure that he&#039;s the man to teach young QB&#039;s.  still, i think it&#039;s good to have some former nfl players on the staff to relate to the current players.  and ellard and cavanaugh do the trick nicely on the offensive side.</description>
