The Jets are taking a look at free agent corners and it seems that Jabari Greer and Corey Ivy are amongst some of the names being thrown around.
This is going to be a busy day for the Jets. Aside from Kemoeatu and LB Bart Scott, who has agreed in principle on a five-year contract, they’re showing interest in Ravens CB Corey Ivy and Bills CB Jabari Greer.
Corey Ivy is of course an old friend for Rex Ryan, but Greer might be the better get.

BTW: Kemo is staying in Pittsburgh.

greer would be my choice if the price is right.

Mike vrabel just got traded to the chiefs pending passing a physical!!!

Ivy is a nickel or dime back but Greer is a #1 cover corner. After what Oakland paid Asomugha, Greer must be looking for $7MM-$8MM per.

i heard the patriots are in talks with the panthers trying to do a cassel for peppers deal..wow

Since we have more money now with Kemo falling through, we should be going after Greer.

Green – Wilfork – Seymour… why would the pats want Peppers?

Yeahhhhhh baby. Now we finally have our lockdown CB’s to play a REAL defense.
The Jets and Eagles have agreed to a trade that will send a 2009 fifth-round pick and a 2010 conditional pick to the Eagles for CB Lito Sheppard.
The 2010 pick could be anywhere between a second and fourth-round pick, presumably depending on Sheppard’s playing time.

Cimini is reporting that Kemoeatu is staying in Pittsburgh for less money.
