JesusRevis

I would argue that Tashard Choice would be a better third rb then Kevin Jones, but I agree with your sentiment about the lack of knowledge and the unknown sense of urgency that resides here on the jetsblog.

A lot of these non debono customers seem to overrate the importance of signing a player like Kevin Jones and Leonard.

The truth is, there shouldnt even be a thread discussing Kevin Jones; especially a thread where a debate exists about whether the jets should sign him or not.

Hes fairly young, decent sized, has had some success in the nfl, and will not be part of the jets plans if he were to be signed. The only way he would ever have an impact was if Thomas Jones got hurt for an extended period of time.

Giants are better then the jets and everyone on this board knows it.

I'd personally rather draft a RB then sign Jones, but I wouldnt be against the signing. But some people like to cause arguments just for the sake of arguing. Take a deep breath and relax

questionable word choice? Have you ever even seen Kevin Jones play? Or are you just one of those ignorant people who just hates on players you know nothing about? If I cant site stats, or scouting reports, then I dont know what to tell you buddy, Ijust figured if you were going to believe me then maybe you would listen to the scouts take on Jones. And yes, he was used a short yardage back in Detroit and was pretty succesful. So I dont know where your getting your info from, but find a new source.

I'm not sure why you brought up his size in response to my post, but oh well. I apologize though. I believe I just got hung up on your questionable word choice there and the fact that I generally discredit people that only cite stats or scouting reports. After all, some people are just ignorant.

TJBfan, all true, and all reiterating my point. Jones is a good back, and he would be the best #3 RB in the NFL. Some people are just ignorant
