WR’s usually don’t do much as rookies, but Boldin did and Nicks has that type of game, real physical and best hands i’ve ever seen

FIRST off,let me START by saying that I am so HAPPY with Tannenbaum,Rex and co. I think they are doing an AMAZING job “cleaning house”(coles& a couple others) and getting GOOD/QUALITY players via free agency. IF Vernon Gholston can find himself, this could be a “SPECIAL” defensive unit. Its going to be “VERY” good one regardless. That being said,we filled a couple BIG holes on the defensive side of the ball,NOW its time to get Kellen/Ratliff some weapons on the OFFENSIVE side. I think we should take Darrius Heyward Bey with our 1st pick OR if Chicago grabs him before us then we should get Percy Harvin. I know he’s a liitle short and I have been screaming for a TALL,FAST wide reciever with HANDS,but he is a serious PLAYMAKER and should probably not be passed on. J-E-T-S JETS! JETS!! JETS!!!

I agree, stay the hell away from Harvin, small and injury prone. Jets are in very good shape, but if they lose out on leonhard it would be bad news. Without him, the Jets will have to find a solution at ss, since we can’t go through another year of musical chairs in the secondary.

still no news on Ivy and Leonhard, I am worried about that, both of them should have been signed by now, it’s taking a long time especially since both of them visited the Jets already

i beg any of you to tell me one florida WR who has ever been better then average in the NFL.

harvin is too small…and will get hurt…alot…with regular use on the field.

period…. let someone make the “sexy pick”…and yeah u might get a few hilite runs / reverses….but nothing reliable on a game to game basis. LOCK

Jet favre Dawkins age IS affecting his play. He signed a 5 year deal, meaning we wouldve had to give a 35- year old safety who is getting physically beat up by his own physical play and mentality a long-term deal. I’d rahter have one of Rex’s own who is much younger, knows the system as well as anybody, and at this point good be just as valuable as Dawkins.

why werent we interested in Brian Dawkins before he got scooped up by Denver? He is a motivator and an absolute monster. Not to mention he didnt cost an insane amount of money. Yes hes old. But anyone who knows this guy knows that means nothing. Obviously this is an after thought. but anyone agree? with him I dont know if even tom brady would be bent over and taught a lesson when they play the new smash mouth jets. thank you sexy rexy!
