Bent, I think there are an unusually high number of linebackers with two first names. In additon to the aforemention Bart Scott and Ray Lewis, the Jets had four last year: Eric Barton, David Harris, Cody Spencer and Bryan Thomas.

Baker’s memory seems fuzzy at best – he calls out how Keller did not play in the Thursday night game at NE last season, when he not only played but had one of the biggest plays of the game (3rd and 15). And in talking about the gut-wrenching loss to the Steelers in the playoffs he says “I think we missed a couple of field goals”. You think so?

I didnt really think the team needed to bring baker back but I am a little nervous now that he is with the Pats. I think he upgrades them significantly at that position and we all know baker is a great endzone threat. I know I will want to vomit the first time he catches a TD against the jets. You know Baker and Belichick will definitely be trying to get him in the endzone when the jets play them. I wonder how the rivalry will change now that mangini is gone? I hope it stays strong.
