Link: Kiss Me, I’m Irish

Being that we ourselves are 50% of Irish extraction, we thought it amusing that our friends at HHR are celebrating St. Patty’s a little early and have put together a collage of some famous athletes with Irish (Scotch-Irish?) surnames.

As you can see below, former Jet Freeman McNeil made the cut. Head over to HHR for the full list of athletes and names.

I see O’Bannons!

  2. Forgive me, but there are two English mistakes in your first four words. “Being that” should be “since”. And “we ourselves” is redundant. “We” alone will do.

  7. Irish surnames does not mean the same as being Irish. That is like someone in India who happens to change his last name to be Smith calling himself English. And where is Ryan Callahan?
