One last chance to get pre-sales tickets for Kerry Rhodes appearance at 12 Angry Mascots tomorrow! tonight! (Thursday). If you are in the NYC area and consider yourself a Jets fan, you are crazy if you don’t go!!
12AM (check out their Tumblr page) is going to have a great cast of folks there tomorrow along with Rhodes, including hosts Scott Rogowsky (The Onion) and Neil Janowitz (ESPN) and the most recent Last Comic Standing, Iliza Shlesinger (who knows the term “pulling Guard” and who’s pretty cute by the way, fellas) along with a cast of thousands … ESPN’s Matthew ‘Mr. Roto’ Berry, Rob Lathan (as Michael Phelps), Liam McEneaney, Matt Mayer, Laura Lane, Jordan Schulkin and Tom McCaffrey.
I’ve been emailing with Scott and he’s got some great material ready for Rhodes … both on and off the field stuff. It’s going to be funny, and since Rhodes is always game for some laughs, you can imagine it’s going to be very enjoyable.

A bit extreme on the whoring for this event, don’t you think? Glad I know about, wish it wasn’t shoved down my throat. I would go if it was without the drink min. UCB does it right.
Sig it’s definitely tonight. (Sorry, as I know that means you won’t be able to make it.) Check the Comix event page to confirm that fact – plus the fact that the ticket price today is $15 rather than $10, as it’s the day of show. I know that this post says tomorrow at one point, but I believe that’s because it’s an earlier post that they stickied to the top of the page today to promote it.

Unfortunately, I already have tickets to Morrissey at Carnegie Hall. Well, not completely unfortunately, I can’t wait for the Moz show.

I don’t understand why a sports themed show would try and compete with the NCAA tournament. I’d go if it was last night or a non-sports heavy night.
