Solid! Looks like a perfect fit for the Mangini-Bellichick scheme. Plays well in coverage.
I’m sorry I fell asleep during the reel.. did I miss anything? 3 or 4 good plays and he just destroyed that screen but the rest of that was just routine tackles. He does show good persuit but never did he look dominanting.
This guy is a drug suspension waiting to happen…
Roid much?
Almost none of his tackles were solo. All in all, not that impressive.
All the Matt Jones hype has cooled off? Any word on where he could land?
steroid guy, we already have that in VG.
He is not on the roids. HE is a workout machine and he is a beast, those weren’t even his best plays.
MHC – he is/was on the roids…there are pictures of him with his shirt off that clearly display gynecomastia. That is almost always caused by steroids.
Give me a link that says he used roids… He is pure muscle. They test every player at USC for roids and he has not tested positive.
First of all.. Gholston looks like he uses roids more than Cushing does and i havent heard a peep..
Secondly.. he looks like he could play DE/OLB too bad we signed extended bryan thomas
Everyone knows Cushing used roids in high school, and speculate he did at USC as well. For those of you who live in New Jersey, ask anyone who went to Bergen Catholic, it’s no secret. He’s still a talented player, and could be good in the right system. He’s not on the Jets draft board.
MHC – I’m not talking about a link that says he used roids, I’m talking about a picture of him with his shirt off that CLEARLY shows gynecomastia…a sure sign of roid usage.
