Umm… Only drafted one HOF in Riggins… ever hear of an old legendary QB named Joe Namath?

Rep- It has to be post merger. I thought the same thing.

Does it worry anyone else that we have 11 dbs for the 4 starting positions in the defensive backfield? Not to mention only 8 OL for the 5 OL positions. I understand that Rexy is a defensive coach but not too many back up dbs can fill in at right tackle in a pinch.

I have hope he will manage the roster better than Mangini. 100 bad DBs doesn’t make one good DB and none of them can play right tackle.
-
BTW…Bassett…
I love this site and think you do a tremendous job but it is annoying when you post insider articles from ESPN.

11 db’s only creates training camp battles, the lack of O line will be addressed in the draft, and plenty of vets will be cut before camp/season.

Why…I’m an insider. I love it.

At least we don’t have 4 kickers
