Link: QBs Speak on Lessons from Favre
Posted on March 31st, 2009 by Bassett
Jane McManus (who is having runaway success with her Rangers blog) has some great audio clips from the team’s three QBs from the media day last week.
One of the most interesting things? According to Erik Ainge, Brett Favre actually reads his playbook!!

I’m pulling for aige but after hearing that voice clip ( i believe it was him) he should definitely be tested for drugs.
Hank,
Agreed. I thought he was a notch away from crying (or a nervous breakdown).
You would hope that Favre would have given them a significant number of tips on how to read a defense or how to find an open reciever. I didn’t hear that. What I heard was, he was trying to learn the playbook, he was immature, and the three QB’s sat back and watched what he was going through.
Bottom line – Farve kept playing, when he should have spoken up about his injury(s). As a result, he had a horrible performance, down the stretch. Hopefully he taught our three young QB’s to speak up when you are injured.
Well the Jay Cutler era in Denver is over. He’s officially on the trading block.
Harvlis:
Agreed, agreed. What’sreally sad is that they keep making this Guy look like he was this devoted leader to his understudies when actually he could care less (see GB).
