He wants everybody thinking that he's moving up and taking him. I know that he is somewhat Al Davis like in his drafting ways, but I don't think he pulls the trigger for a Sanchez trade, especially at 3. Besides this team is all around pretty solid and just needs a decent QB to manage the game. Another factor to keep in mind, they dished out BIG money this offseason (Hanyesworth, Hall) and that #3 pick QB is gonna want ALOT.
