Redskins to #2 For Sanchez?

Everyone is talking to everyone, that much is clear. But now word that even though the Rams might be settled on taking Baylor tackle Jason Smith at the two spot, the Redskins have expressed serious interest in adding Mark Sanchez to their team with that pick, according to Hutch.

Just heard from one of my guys and the latest word is that the Redskins are trying to get up to the No. 2 slot to take Sanchez but it’s an uphill climb. Owner Daniel Synder has said he’s not going to give up a No. 1 in his 2010 draft and that’s probably what it would take to get to the second spot in the batting order.

Hard to read this, but why wouldn’t La Canfora have this … instead of a guy in Jersey?  It’s his beat, after all.  Could this be the Jets trying to foment rebellion in Washington if they really like Campbell , we’ll stay tuned …

    Guys like D Snyder make the draft hilarious. This guy has no picks this year and wont give up his 2010 #1 and want to move up to #2??

    I expect the Raiders and Redskins to make this draft memorable….

    It’s obvious SI.com made a huge mistake. They gave the Giants’ picks to us and the Jets picks to the Giants. Someone wasn’t being careful when loading the picks.
