Breaking News: Football Waves Goodbye to a Legendary Figure
At the start of last season, Jets fans were understandably excited at one of the most high-profile acquisitions in franchise history. Many fans hoped that this exciting addition to the Jets was going to contribute to an extremely enjoyable season that some even felt would end in a Superbowl berth.
Although the move didn’t play out quite as intended as unwavering commitment to the team was questioned and performance down the stretch was disappointing, the move gave Jets fans many spectacular memories and once again put the team on the map and in the public eye.
Now news has leaked out that this once legendary figure is set to wave goodbye to football forever and, despite the letdown last year, it is a universally sombre moment for Jets fans everywhere. I don’t expect there will be a ceremony or number retirement, but there’s certainly a chance that the TJB Hall of Fame might open its doors this summer. We honor this great figure after the jump…

Farewell, Jenn.
:o(
What? Did you think I was talking about this? Who cares about that?

Long face is long
I heard the news earlier. She left us too soon. RIP the greatest Jets acquisition ever.
I am inconsolable.
How will we ever replace that mid drift? Thanks for making me sad Bent.
Good riddance…… even she couldnt help last year!!
Hopefully she took Drew Coleman with her
WHY?????
WHY? Just cuz she’s wearing a Coles jersey doesn’t mean she has to go!
I was sick of her, so I kicked her out of my apartment and told her she’s not allowed to root for my teams anymore.
While i wouldn’t exactly refer to her as “a buxom brunette”, she did make my loins move on occassion…
When you speak of me, speak well…
She was so much more attractive when she did not speak!
WHERE is she GOING??
Bent not to get off topic, but the competition between Sanchez and Clemens, what is your take and have you heard anything, Ryan surmised on who he thinks is going to win, according to reports he was an advocate for starting Flacco, is this an indication that Sanchez will get the start?
I totally fell for that haha, thanks for the good laugh :)
Jason:
I haven’t heard anything and it too early to make a comparison because they haven’t stepped on the field at the same time yet. You’re right that Ryan would have no fear about starting a rookie after Flacco’s success and Sanchez may have an edge because he was handpicked by the current regime and Clemens wasn’t so they may not even be that high on him.
I can’t give any better insight than that because I’m still mourning the loss of Jenn.
For those who’ve asked where she is going, click the link.
it’s over ..
Damn shes fine!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
She needs to eat a sandwich, Ethopians would send her aid for food. ;-)
PLEASEEE… I CHEATED ON GIRLS HOTTER THAN JEN
Pretty Funny Bent. I have to say in all my years of going to the games she may have been the least entertaining thing the Jets ever did. Even going 0-8 at home in 1996 was more entertaining than her trivia and flight crew intros.
Jason, you nailed it. She was terrilbe.
The mid 90’s half time shows that mainly consisted of frisbee dogs or a terrible marching band from some tiny southern college were better than her!
Bent:
You’re half rght again. Righ, because she is something to mourn for BUT wrong because FARVCE will come back !!.
is that jenn sterger the girl that got the article about her in the daily news during the season?
which girl is that?
Who the hell is everybody talkn bout?
Brett Favre.
Fonzie – well, the Jets DO still need a veteran backup…
Just kidding.
Matt,
The frisbee dogs were so bad, but still better than her. I think the worst halftime thing I can recall was one time they set up a trampoline and had guys in skis jumping up and down on it. That may have been worse than Jenn, but its a close call….
