  2. Our 1 true homerun hitter

  3. This was such a beautiful thing ..

  4. F_cking Awesome!

  5. YAY More Highlights Against The Pats YAAY.

  6. Such an awesome return. What a game that was.

  7. That dude is fast. I bet he has a big fat contract. Whats that? He doesnt? hmmmmm

  8. the back to back weeks of the pats and titans were the 2 best weeks ive seen by the jets in a very long time.

Now, show this man the money and keep him happy.
Jenkins and Leon are the 2 most important players on offense and defense respectively.

  9. gone like the wind

  10. Great run, but I hate to be the voice of doom, but there’s no TD here if the wedge wasn’t three men, because it was the guy on the left (weakside) that made the key block. It was a perfectly sold return right that created a corridor to the left and Leon’s speed was the difference, but nothing happens without the 3rd man.

  11. I can just hear Lombardi decribing the play…

“…well, ya getta seal here…and ya getta seal there…”

    :-)

  12. I don’t know if I’ve ever mentioned this before, but

    LEON!!!!!!!!

  13. That was beautiful…I think I’m getting a little vaklempt thinking about football

  14. I need a new pair of pants

  15. How great could Leon be, if he had an Offensive Coordinator. Shottenheimer actually let Leon run the ball three times or less for half of our games. How we kept him as OC is frightening.

  16. Merriweather terrible……he had the angle and leon blew by him

  17. Westhoff….can you say untouched?

  18. I spotted one problem and why we might not see too many this year. The rule of no more wedges on kick return.

  19. At first I thought rule hurts us; on second thought, I am not so sure: 1) automatically helps our coverage 2) Westhoff is the best in the biz, he will adapt to the new rules better than anyone else

  20. 3 man blocking wedges can still happen as long as the three blockers all arrive at the point of the block and from different angles.

The new rules might actually widen the gap between the most competent special teams units and the rest of the field.

  21. the good old days lol

  22. Yowwsir! Now, THAT’S football!

Keep them clips comin’, Bassett, you’re bringing water to a site full of parched fans!

    Thanks!
