It's more along the line of my little 4 year old just watched a full year of Jets football for the first time with her daddy, and Favre was an easy name for her to associate with the Jets and for her to root for. So you see it's not all that bad when you see it from a 4 year olds view point (even if it's a little misguided). Fortunately, she knows he is retired, and by luck she recently met Leon and Sanchez. So now she has someone else to root for.... but every now and then I still hear her yell Go Brett Favre, Go Jets....J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets! and even "Hey Daddy" The greatest Jets quarterback ever is #12 Joe Namath!
